We are a registered political organisation based and operating within the Borough of South Tyneside on the North East Coast of England.
There is no allegiance by the Progressives to any national political party we purely concentrate on South Tyneside and it's improvement. Dealing with political matters without being dictated to by national policies. Effectively you could say that we were the first organised independent grouping on South Tyneside Council.
